Gmail allows 25MB per message, Outlook.com 20MB, Yahoo 25MB, iCloud 20MB. and corporate mail servers are often far stricter, commonly 10MB and sometimes 5MB. The limit applies to the whole message after encoding, which inflates attachments by about a third, so a "25MB" limit really fits roughly an 18MB file. When in doubt, aim well below the ceiling.
