Yes. You can place as many signatures as you need on any pages of the document, so you can initial each page of an agreement and sign the last one in the same session.

With flattening on, the signature is permanently merged into the page content so it can't be moved or deleted in another viewer. With it off, the signature is saved as an annotation that compatible viewers can still edit. Turn it on before sending a signed document to someone else.

It places an image of your signature on the page, which is widely accepted for everyday forms, NDAs, and agreements, but it carries no cryptographic proof of who signed. Whether it's binding depends on your jurisdiction and the agreement. If you need a verifiable, certificate-based signature, use Digital Signature.

A PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest result because the page shows through around the strokes. An image with a solid white background will cover whatever sits underneath it.
