Choose 2-up (1x2), 4-up (2x2), 9-up (3x3), or 16-up (4x4) from the Pages per Sheet menu. Pages are placed left to right and top to bottom in document order, and the last sheet has empty cells if the page count doesn't divide evenly.
Pick Letter, A4, Legal, or A3 for the output sheet and Portrait, Landscape, or Auto for orientation. Auto uses landscape for a 2-up layout of landscape pages and portrait for everything else.
Neither. Each page is scaled proportionally to fit its cell and centered, so pages whose shape doesn't match the cell get some white space around them instead of being distorted.
The original pages are embedded as vector content rather than converted to images, so text and line art stay crisp at any print size. In dense layouts like 16-up the text is still tiny on paper, which is a readability limit rather than a quality one.
Add Margins leaves a half-inch margin around the sheet and a small gap between cells, which helps when a printer can't print to the edge. Add Border draws a one point outline around each placed page in a color you pick.
Export the slides to PDF first, or use PowerPoint to PDF, then upload that PDF here and choose 4-up. Landscape slides on a portrait sheet fit well in a 2x2 grid.
No. N-up only reduces pages into a grid in reading order. A booklet needs pages reordered and paired so they fold into a book, which is what PDF Booklet does.
No. The new sheets are built in your browser with pdf-lib and downloaded under the original file name, so the document never leaves your device.
