CSV to PDF
Turn CSV files into clean, formatted PDF documents. Each CSV is parsed and rendered as a table in the output PDF. This is useful when you need to print or share tabular data without requiring the recipient to have spreadsheet software.
Supported Formats
| Format | Extensions |
|---|---|
| CSV | .csv |
How It Works
- Click the upload area or drag and drop one or more CSV files.
- Review the file list. Add more files or remove unwanted ones.
- Click Convert to PDF. A progress indicator shows the conversion status.
- A single file downloads directly as a PDF. Multiple files are packaged into
csv-converted.zip.
Options
This tool has no additional configuration. The CSV is automatically parsed and formatted as a table.
Output
| Input Count | Output |
|---|---|
| 1 file | Single PDF download (e.g., data.pdf) |
| 2+ files | ZIP archive (csv-converted.zip) containing one PDF per file |
Use Cases
- Converting exported database reports into printable PDF tables
- Sharing financial data or inventory lists with people who do not have Excel
- Creating PDF versions of CSV log files for compliance documentation
- Printing address lists, grade sheets, or any tabular data stored as CSV
Tips
- For best results, ensure your CSV uses standard comma delimiters. The tool follows common CSV parsing conventions.
- If your CSV has many columns, the table may be compressed to fit the page width. Consider splitting wide datasets into multiple files.
- For Excel files (
.xls,.xlsx), use the Excel to PDF tool, which preserves spreadsheet formatting and multiple sheets.
